Kale 'Nero' Brassica oleracea & Kale "Red Winter"
Mixed beautiful dark and red green leafy Kale varieties. The plants are heat and cold tolerant. Harvest young tender leaves. Vegetables contain valuable antioxidants. A great source of folate, vitamin C & K, iron, iodine.
Chicory 'Red Dandelion' Cichorium intybus
This chicory becomes a rosette of frilly deep green leaves highlighted by beautiful red stems and veins. A staple salad green. Rich in chlorophyll, calcium, manganese, iron, potassium, C, K, A and B-group vitamins.
Suitable for Bearded Dragons, People and other Omnivores. Can be grown as a valuable forage for Chickens.
