How should I store mealworms to keep them fresh?

Mealworms will need to be transferred as soon as possible to a shallow plastic container. Add extra wheat bran as necessary and feed with sliced carrots.

There was only one problem and that was in the delivery. I was checking the email from reptile realm that had the tracking number on the third morning and low and behold it was waiting at the local post office from the previous morning. This means it was delivered within 24 hours door to door, now that was pretty quick. But my thoughts tell me why I wasn't informed earlier from Auspost, usually they let me know via email to track the parcel. But not in this case.
