There was only one problem and that was in the delivery. I was checking the email from reptile realm that had the tracking number on the third morning and low and behold it was waiting at the local post office from the previous morning. This means it was delivered within 24 hours door to door, now that was pretty quick. But my thoughts tell me why I wasn't informed earlier from Auspost, usually they let me know via email to track the parcel. But not in this case.

Most other insects especially crickets seem quite fragile and don't last long even with accidental neglect, other than the woodies

i have used reptile realm fortnighty now for the past 12 months for bulk orders. i've never had a issue with the safe arrival of the bugs and usually they are delivered the day after order has been placed. i once had an order missing an item and lisa rectified this immediately and was delivered within days. always happy witht the service provided.

Bugs arrived today pretty quick delivery all the bugs were healthy and happy great value bugs will be using this company in the future and would recommend them

I have been buying bulk mealworms from Reptile Realm almost every fortnight for the past 2 years. I know that they will have the worms in stock and that if I order on a Saturday I will have my box of worms on my doorstep by lunchtime on the following Tuesday. The worms are always healthy and packed to minimise stress on the trip. Thats not bad for a fortnightly trip from Queensland to a small town in Central Western Victoria. Good stuff Lisa and the Team.
