Reptile realm sent me a message to remind me about the public holiday and a heads up the crickets would be a few days later being in Victoria. Thank you for organising that and reaching out to me. Will get my crickets from your store, as my local I would get about 10 in a box and pay full price and I’d rather get them from you guys and pay extra for postage and have a full box that would last weeks. I live in a small town on the York peninsula South Australia.
I can't always get mealworms.
I came across Reptile Ream on Google.
I did an order on Monday and received my mealworms package on Thursday.
They were well packaged and had a care plan for the mealworms with a contact if required.
There was no loss of mealworms.

Almost always get healthy crickets and woodies for our pets. Only had a few hiccups, but Lisa fixes them quickly and all works out well. Very good company to deal with.

I have no hesitations in recomending Reptile Realm. They provide quality products and have amazing customer service. The live bugs are so much healthier than those from the pet stores. From the very first parcel you can see that Lisa and the team take pride in the service they provide and care about the products they send out. I won't say there have been no issues, with anything things can go wrong sometimes. However, Lisa and team were very quick to make everything right and fix things for the future. For sure buy from these guys!
