I have no hesitations in recomending Reptile Realm. They provide quality products and have amazing customer service. The live bugs are so much healthier than those from the pet stores. From the very first parcel you can see that Lisa and the team take pride in the service they provide and care about the products they send out. I won't say there have been no issues, with anything things can go wrong sometimes. However, Lisa and team were very quick to make everything right and fix things for the future. For sure buy from these guys!
