Seed Blend of Mustard, Kale and Chicory (approximately 300 seeds)
Omnivores such as bearded dragons benefit from a variety of leafy vegetables in their diet. By growing your own vegetables, you can ensure that your animals have access to the freshest possible, chemical and pesticide free food.
The seeds can be grown in pots with good quality potting mix or garden beds. Growing in several small pots can allow you to rotate the vegetables as they are eaten by your pet.

Mustard 'Wasabina' Brassica juncea
This staple vegetable has bright green serrated leaves. It is ideal for repeat harvesting and the plant is slow to bolt to seed.
Mustard greens contain calcium, potassium, manganese, folate. It is an antioxidant rich food with vitamin B, C, E, K and A. Ideal for repeat harvesting.
Kale 'Red Winter' Brassica oleracea
A beautiful leafy green with purple stems and wavy red, Oak-leaf shaped leaves. The plants are heat and cold tolerant. Harvest young tender leaves. Purple & red coloured vegetables contain valuable antioxidants. A great source of folate, vitamin C & K, iron, iodine.
Chicory 'Red Dandelion' Cichorium intybus
This chicory becomes a rosette of frilly deep green leaves highlighted by beautiful red stems and veins. A staple salad green. Rich in chlorophyll, calcium, manganese, iron, potassium, C, K, A and B-group vitamins.
Suitable for Bearded Dragons, People and other Omnivores. Can be grown as a valuable forage for Chickens.
