Seed Blend of Mustard Greens, Kale and Chicory (approximately 300 seeds)

Omnivores such as bearded dragons benefit from a variety of leafy vegetables in their diet. By growing your own vegetables, you can ensure that your animals have access to the freshest possible, chemical and pesticide free food. 

The seeds can be grown in pots with good quality potting mix or garden beds. Growing in several small pots can allow you to rotate the vegetables as they are eaten by your pet. 

Sow just a few seeds every week to provide a continual supply of food.

Mustard Greens - Brassica juncea - Mixed Varieties

Mustard greens contain calcium, potassium, manganese, and folate. It is an antioxidant-rich food with vitamins B, C, E, K and A. Ideal for repeat harvesting.

Kale 'Nero' Brassica oleracea & Kale "Red Winter"

Mixed beautiful dark and red green leafy Kale varieties. The plants are heat and cold tolerant. Harvest young tender leaves.  Vegetables contain valuable antioxidants. A great source of folate, vitamin C & K, iron, iodine.

Chicory 'Red Dandelion' Cichorium intybus

This chicory becomes a rosette of frilly deep green leaves highlighted by beautiful red stems and veins. A staple salad green. Rich in chlorophyll, calcium, manganese, iron, potassium, C, K, A and B-group vitamins.  

Suitable for Bearded Dragons, People and other Omnivores. Can be grown as a valuable forage for Chickens.
