I ordered for the first time earlier this month and had issues with delivery (fault due to local courier company). Lisa was great and tracked my order immediately. Have been getting my live insects from here for 12+mths now, couldn’t be happier with the service, communication and quality of the products. I live in Victoria and it’s still better value to put in an order and have them posted down. We have around 40 lizards, and order biweekly, we can keep our crickets alive for the 2weeks before the next order arrives, so much cheaper than buying buckets from the pet shops. Our Lizzie’s love it.
I didn't have any dead crickets they came fast you guys didn't amazing job I will keep buying off you guys also if you could tell me what else I can give my barking geckos besides crickets because they don't like milkworms thanks

Half bulk baby crickets - perfect, very happy.
Half bulk extra small crickets - perfect, very happy.
Half bulk medium crickets, crickets arrived OK but they were large adults and chirping, too big for my birds. I fed them to the local magpies so they were not wasted. Not unhappy but a little disappointed.
Have dealt with you before and will continue to do so as the product is healthy. Just a little glitch
