I’ve been buying live mealworms regularly from Reptile Realm for around 8 months now, and I’ve only had to contact them once to get support for the courier leaving the box out in the sun which was in no way the business’ fault but they were still willing to help if there were issues with the worms (and fortunately they were mostly ok).
Their customer service is excellent, prices are good (I used to buy from pet shops and they’re ridiculously expensive), and they have great purchase offers.
Couldn’t recommend more highly.
